P65K 1080p Gaming PC

Target budget ₱65,000 · parts re-picked daily from live Shopee and Lazada prices

This is the sulit tier. The Ryzen 5 7500F is the cheapest way into the modern AM5 platform, and the RX 7600 or RTX 5050 delivers high-refresh 1080p in esports plus solid 60fps+ AAA gaming. Nothing at this price gives you a better frames-per-peso ratio.

Why these parts

CPU
The Ryzen 5 7500F is the cheapest door into modern AM5. We pick it over the slightly cheaper 8400F on purpose: the 8400F halves the L3 cache to 16MB, and cache is the spec that moves gaming frames the most.
CPU Cooler
A Thermalright dual-tower keeps the chip silent and has the headroom for the AM5 upgrade path, all the way to a 9800X3D.
Motherboard
A B650 board on AM5 means CPU upgrades through at least the Ryzen 9000 series, so the socket outlives the graphics card.
RAM
16GB DDR5 in two sticks. CL is left unconstrained on purpose: a CL30 kit costs about 19% more than CL48 for a few percent in games, which does not survive the 2026 DDR5 price surge.
Video Card
The RX 7600 or RTX 5050 gives the best frames-per-peso at 1080p. Nothing near this price offers a better ratio.
Storage
A cheapest-wins PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive. Gen4 is both floor and ceiling here: Gen5 loads games no faster and can drop the GPU to x8.
PSU
650W at a B tier covers the GPU today and a step up to an RTX 5060 Ti-class card without a new supply.

Who this build is for

Builders who want modern-platform longevity without paying the DDR5 flagship tax. AM5 means CPU upgrades through at least the Ryzen 9000 series.

Upgrade path

The AM5 socket takes you all the way to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D someday. GPU-wise, the 650W+ supply accepts anything up to an RTX 5060 Ti class card.
